Our Return Policy

At Shree Balaji Maxi, we want you to love your nightwear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your nightwear must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached and intact
  • The item must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized nighties
  • Items purchased during clearance sales
  • Undergarments that have been washed or worn
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at shreebalajimaxi@gmail.com with your order number
  2. Provide a reason for the return
  3. Wait for return approval from our team (within 48 hours)
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label (we cover return shipping upto 80rs  )
  5. Once we receive and inspect your item, process your refun

    Refund Processing

    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
    • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective product:

    1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
    2. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
    3. If possible, return the damaged item for inspection

    Exchanges

    We're happy to exchange your item for:

    • A different size
    • A different color or design
    • A different product

    Exchanges are processed quickly and shipped at no extra cost.

    Refund Method

    • Original Payment Method: Refunds return to your credit/debit card or digital wallet
    • PayPal Payments: PayPal refunds are processed according to PayPal's policies and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account
    • COD Orders: Refunds are processed via bank transfer to your provided account (5-7 business days)

    Exceptions

    Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Check product descriptions carefully before purchase.
